From Royston:

Head North on the A10 Turn Right at the second junction sign posted Melbourn keep going until you reach the cross roads, turn left and the Elm Tree is located on the right hand side.

From Cambridge:

Head South on the A10 turn left into melbourn follow the road into the vilage and we are on the left hand side.
